At WeWood India, every product is handcrafted with care and made to order. We strive to deliver your order safely and efficiently across India.
Processing & Dispatch
- Most orders are dispatched within 7–15 business days.
- Large furniture, customized, or made-to-order products may require 10–20 business days for production and dispatch.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on most prepaid orders within India.
- Additional shipping charges, if applicable for remote locations or oversized products, will be communicated before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Inspection
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the damage.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Customized and made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
