WeWood Exchange Policy

At WeWood, every piece is handcrafted with care and undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.
However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we offer an easy exchange policy.

Exchange Eligibility:

  1. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Exchanges are only applicable for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  3. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@wewood.co.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. ⁠Share your order number and photos/videos showing the damage.
  3. ⁠Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or exchange at the earliest.

 

Please Note:

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than damage or defect.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange unless damaged on arrival.
